Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of menopause complicated with metabolic syndrome( MS)and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 394 menopausal women who received outpatient service of integrated menopausal management provided by Peking University First Hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were enrolled and divided into normal metabolism group(n=94)and MS group(n=71). The general data and menopausal symptoms were analyzed and compared between the two groups. And the influencing factors for menopause complicated with MS were also investigated. Results ( 1 ) Among the 394 subjects,the prevalence of menopause complicated with MS was 18. 0%(71/394). (2)The two groups were significantly different ( P < 0. 05 ) in age, education level, age of menarche, BMI and menopausal status;the logistic regression analysis showed age,education level,BMI,age of menarche and menopausal status had significant influence( P<0. 05)on menopause complicated with MS. (3)The two groups were not significantly different(P>0. 05)in KMI(≥15), while they were significantly different(P<0. 05)in dizziness,joint pains and muscle pains,headaches;the logistic regression analysis showed dizziness,joint pains and muscle pains had significant influence(P<0. 05)on menopause complicated with MS. Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in menopausal women is high. Age,education level,age of menarche, BMI,menopausal status,dizziness,joint pains and muscle pains are influencing factors for menopause complicated with MS.关键词
