摘要
Abstract
Senile degenerative osteoarthritis and injury of the bone and joint severely affect limb function.The most effective treatment is artificial joint replacement, although it is a mature technology, rare and serious postoperative complications may occur.A case with double knee degenerative joint disease, a case with intertrochanteric comminuted fracture, and a case with old intertrochanteric fracture died of acute myocardial infarction after artificial joint replacement, respectively, the above 3 cases were reported in this paper and relevant literatures were reviewed.关键词
