经胸小切口室间隔缺损封堵86例的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experienceof small chest incision ventricular septal defect closure,to investigate the efficacy and safety of operation.Methods:148 patients with ventricular septal defect were selected.They were divided into the observation group(closure)with 86 cases and the control group(thoracotomy)with 62 cases.Two groups were compared blood transfusion,operative time,length of ICU stay,hospital costs.Results:Small chest incision closure of the indicators are better than the traditional cardiopulmonary bypass operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical closure is an operation method with small trauma,quick recovery,high success rate.It is using for treatment of children ventricular septal defect.关键词
