锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床应用价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods: 45 cases of screw fixation in the treatment of limb fractures were selected in group A.53 cases of the locking plate in the treatment of limbs fracture were selected in B group.Then we compared related indicators.Results:The blood loss,time of occurrence of callus,fracture healing,bone fracture healing time of Group B were less than group A (P<0.05).The limb swelling rate,delayed healing fracture rate and complication rate of total cases in group B were lower than group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures was with advantages of less bleeding,intraoperative injury less advantages,helping to accelerate fracture healing and reduce the risk of complications,and it ultimately improved the long-term prognosis of patients.关键词
