股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗
Surgical treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of surgical treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture.Methods:68 patients with femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture were selected.The basic clinical data and clinical patient outcomes were observed and statistic.Results:66 patients in the first 24~60 weeks after the operation were healed,and the average healing time of 38 weeks.2 patients at 72 weeks after surgery,the backbone of the shares not healed, again through bone,fractures healed after 24 weeks.All patients had no cases of osteonecrosis appears.Conclusion:On femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture,if reasonable and effective internal fixation materials selection,and strict implementation of the operation according to the specifications,it's still possible to obtain a more favorable clinical results.关键词
