自拟降糖方治疗糖尿病120例临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of self-designed jiangtang recipe in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:100 cases of patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given glipizide controlled release tablets 5 mg,1 time per day,metformin 0.5 g,3 times per day.On the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with self-designed jiangtang recipe.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed jiangtang recipe in the treatment of diabetes had distinct curative effect.关键词
