摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of CysC and β2-MG combined detection of early kidney damage in diagnosis of patients with the HDP.Methods:40 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the study group.40 normal pregnancy people were selected at the same time as the control group.During pregnancy 32~36 weeks,we detected in the two groups of pregnant women serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(CR)and β 2-MG,CysC,and compared the clinical index of examination results and the clinical parameters of the positive rate.Results:The study group of maternal serum urea nitrogen(BUN),Cr,β2-MG, CysC index and the positive rate were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestational diabetes combined detection of β2-MG,CysC indicators are sensitive indicators of early renal injury,joint detection has important clinical value.关键词
