摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summary the nursing experience with Chinese and western integrated care of interventional therapy using coil embolization in patients with cerebral aneurysms.Methods:45 patients with cerebral aneurysm treated with coil embolization therapy by Seldinger technology were selected,the success rate of 96% .Using Chinese and western integrated nursing care after surgery.Results:45 patients with cerebral aneurysm in this group were successfully completed operation.2 cases of cerebral vasospasm secondary to postoperative with good recovery after clinical treatment.Postoperative aneurysm unopacified, normal blood supply to the aneurysm,the average hospital stay were 8~10 d,all patients were recovered.Patients were followed up for 3~24 months,45 cases survived,no recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:Endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms is a safe and effective treatment,using Chinese and western integrated nursing care after surgery to ensure the smooth progress of patient treatment and rehabilitation,prevent complications effectively.关键词
