护理干预在急性阑尾炎手术中的临床效果观察
Observation of clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute appendicitis in operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute appendicitis in operation. Methods:102 patients with acute appendicitis operation were selected.They were equal divided into the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care.Patients in the experimental group used nursing intervention based on routine nursing.We observed and counted the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After completion of surgery,the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Application of nursing intervention in acute appendicitis operation,not only can reduce the patient's pain effect,but also can effectively promote rehabilitation of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
