摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of case teaching method in college of nursing teaching.Methods:4 nursing professional classes of 2014 Grade were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional teaching method,and the observation group were given case teaching method.The academic achievement of the two groups were compared.Results:The academic achievement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case teaching method.
