Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine gel combined with oxygen therapy in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and the effect of T lymphocyte subsets and-2(IL-2) level in serum.Methods 100 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups,and the other 30 healthy volunteers were selected as healthy group.The experimental group was treated with lidocaine gel combined with oxygen therapy,and the control group was treated with lidocaine gel.Results The treatment groups before the experiment and the control group,the serum levels of T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 level were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05), after treatment of test group,the serum levels of T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 level and the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 levels were significantly negatively correlated with recurrent oral ulcer.Combined treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with lidocaine gel combined with oxygen therapy can significantly enhance the serum T lymph-ocyte subsets and IL 2 levels,which can improve the treatment effect.关键词
