摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules treatment of migraine patients.Methods October 2013 to 2014 October in our hospital treated 120 cases of migraine were included in the study,according to the random number table method,which were divided into control group A and control group B,control C group and observation group,30 cases in each group.In the control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and placebo,control B group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,C control group only received droperidol thiadiazole melitracen,observation group take hydrochloric acid flunarizine capsules and droperidol thiadiazole melitracen combined treatment,observed during the treatment of 4 groups of patients treatment effect,the statistics on drug related adverse reactions.Results Control in the treatment of patients in group A and B,the total effective rate was 73.3%,76.7%and was significantly higher than that of the control group C of 56.7%,the difference between the two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05);effect of the treatment group,the total efficiency was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the 4 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with migraine prophylaxis and treatment, hydrochloride combined with flunarizine capsules and droperidol thiazide tons of beauty and deanxit treatment can be received satisfactory effect,and droperidol Chlorprothixene beauty and deanxit or hydrochloric acid flunarizine capsule compared curative effect better,and no serious adverse reactions.关键词
