Abstract
Objective To study the blood shu ning clinical curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction and neural functional recovery and influence.Methods Our hospital 120 cases of acute cerebral ischemia disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group(n=60), the observation group added with shu ning injection blood, and the control group used salvia miltiorrhiza injection and observed neural function defect scale and hemorrheology indexes.Results The clinical treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group;Two groups of infarct size and degree of nerve function defect score comparison, observation group is better than the control group. The difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Two brain protective agent in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia has good curative effect, both blood shu ning injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction compared effect is more obvious.关键词
