Survey of Related Factors induced Premature Ovarian Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate ovarian premature aging of the related influence factors and influence on women's health.Methods We treated 80 patients with ovarian premature senility and other outpatients and age matched healthy physical examination was conducted in 80 cases.Fil in ovarian premature aging and disease related factors questionnaire, using the single factor and multiple factors to analyze risk factors related to conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results 11 of the single factor analysis was statistical y significant variables multi-ariable Logistic regression analysis, the results showed that cause a risk factor for ovarian premature aging have mumps history,number of induced abortion, taking diet pills,exposure to hazardous substances(P<0.05).Conclusion Ovarian premature aging and disease medical history,lifestyle and environment,and many other factors,should be early prevention,early detection,early treatment to slow the progress of the disease.关键词
