Expression and Significance of HBD-2 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of HBD-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Method:45 specimens of HCC tissues,30 specimens of para-carcinoma tissues and 20 specimens of normal liver tissues in our hospital from August 2011 to October 2014 were collected.The expression situation of HBD-2 protein in the tissues was evaluated by immunohistochemistry,the expression situation of HBD-2 mRNA in the tissues was evaluated by PCR and Real-Time PCR, the cell apoptosis indexes in the tissues were detected by TUNEL methods.Result:The differences in the mean expression of HBD-2 protein and HBD-2 mRNA of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,para-carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cell apoptosis indexes in the HCC tissues with positive expression of HBD-2 protein was higher than that in the HCC tissues with negative expression of HBD-2 protein,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The expression of HBD-2 in HCC is low,it may play a part through the cell apoptosis of HCC.关键词
