摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the correlation of children bone mineral density with blood cadmium and blood lead levels in Dongguan area,to provide clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of low bone density of children in Dongguan area and to provide clinical evidence for the influence factors of lead and cadmium exceeding standard.Method:The ultrasound was used to detect the bone strength and bone strength measured tibia middle child in our hospital from May 2010 to January 2012 in 9 to 60 months old children, the children were divided into low-density group and normal group,100 cases in each group, the blood cadmium and lead levels of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Blood cadmium levels of low-density group was (1.71±0.90)µg/L, the normal group was (1.17±0.30)µg/L, the blood cadmium levels of normal group was obviously lower than low-density group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood lead levels of low-density group was (33.41±25.43)µg/L,the normal group was (19.73±13.21)µg/L,the blood lead levels of normal group was obviously lower than low-density group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of excessive lead in low-density group was 8%, significantly higher than 2% of normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of cadmium exceeded in low-density group was 4%,which was significantly higher than 0 of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of cadmium exceeded and excessive lead (P>0.05).Conclusion:Children of low bone mineral density associated with harmful trace elements of exceeded cadmium and lead,should strengthen the monitoring of children cadmium and lead,timely positive education and intervention,to reduce children’s low bone mineral density.
