适时护理干预在支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入中的应用观察
The Observation of Timely Care Intervene in Bronchial Pneumonia Children with Atomization Inhalation Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the timely care intervene in bronchial pneumonia children with atomization inhalation treatment and to explore its nursing satisfaction.Method:126 bronchial pneumonia children in our hospital were selected from February 2012 to July 2014 as a study data, according to a random number table method, they were divided into the study group and the control group,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care during atomization inhalation administered, the study group was treated with timely study nursing intervention during atomization inhalation administered.The recovery indicators,incidence of adverse reactions, the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Children of the study group with hospitalized time, rash time, fever time, rash subsided time, asthma disappeared time and temperature returned to normal time were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in children of the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the clinical effectiveness rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the children of the study group with care satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of timely nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia inhalation is obvious, has high satisfaction with care and fewer adverse reactions, it is suitable for long-term clinical application.关键词
