Abstract
Objective:To research the effective treatment method of patients with poisonous snakebite while exploring its quality care process.Method:158 patients with poisonous snakebite admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,79 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine and usual care,the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the basis of the Western medicine treatment,patients were given cupping therapy and herbal purgation when patients with respiratory muscle paralysis;when patients with upper extremity swelling obviously,patients was given cupping therapy,and given nursing intervention on the basis of usual care.The onset time,hospital stay,the swelling began to subside time,swelling to completely subside time,treatment effect and patient satisfaction with the treatment between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment and nursing,the onset time,the swelling began to subside time, swelling to completely subside time and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was (98.73%) significantly higher than 89.87% of the control group,the patient satisfaction with the treatment of the treatment group was (98.73%) significantly higher than 89.87% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with poisonous snakebite,and actively implement the nursing intervention,not only can advance the onset of effect,the swelling begin to subside and the swelling to completely subside time,shorten hospital stays and improve the total effective rate and patients’ satisfaction,the clinical effect is significant,praised by patients,is worthy of promotion to the relevant clinic.关键词
