汕尾地区溃疡结肠炎结合中药散剂保留灌肠疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of the Retention Enema Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Power for Ulcerative Colitis in Shanwei Area

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of retention enema treatment with traditional Chinese medicine power for ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area.Method:84 patients with ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and the observation group was given the treatment of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine power on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment and the adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were observed and compared. Result:The total efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were obviously lower than before treatment and the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine power has a significant efficacy on ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area.It can improve the clinical symptoms and cause less adverse reactions,the therapeutic efficacy of it is high.关键词
