地佐辛及芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查麻醉中的比较
Comparison of Dezocine and Fentanyl on the Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective:To explore anesthesia efficacy of Dezocine and Fentanyl in fiberoptic bronchoscopy,in order to provide theoretical basis for reducing pain and improving the success rate of inspection.Method:From January 2014 to January 2015,240 cases examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into study group A and group B,and were given Dezocine or Fentanyl combined with propofol respectively.The dosage of propofol,recovery time, observation time,respiratory pain VAS score,adverse reaction rates,and MAP,HR,SpO2,RR of each time point in two groups were recorded.Result:The recovery time,observation time and anesthesia good rate of study group A were significantly better than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),adverse reaction rate of study group A was significantly lower than that of group B,at T1 point MAP,HR,SpO2,RR of study group B were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine in fiberoptic bronchoscopy have fewer adverse reactions,short recovery time,stable vital signs,anesthesia effect is good.关键词
