摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fiber bronchoscope combined with invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation sequential therapy for aged COPD with severe respiratory failure.Method:100 elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure in our hospital were selected from April 2013 to February 2015 as the observation objects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group patients received adjuvant-controlled mechanical ventilation therapy,the experimental group received fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation sequential therapy,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical treatment of total ef ective rate,clinical observation indexes and blood gas analysis indexes of experimental group were significantly bet er than the control group,the dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The conclusion of the medical research results confirm that the elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation sequential therapy has ideal clinical ef ect,it is worth to promote.
