老年性糖尿病患者白内障手术围手术期的护理
Nursing Care of Senile Cataract Patients with Diabetes Operation in Perioperative Period
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the nursing care of senile cataract patients with diabetes operation in perioperative period,to promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation as soon as possible.Method:400 cases of diabetic cataract in our hospital were selected from January 2012 to December 2014,they were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,randomly divided into observation group and control group,200 cases in each group,the control group was treated routine nursing care,observation group to strengthen peri-operation period nursing intervention on prognosis,the effect of nursing was observed.Result:The preoperative and postoperative blood glucose of observation group were significantly decreased, compared with those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the average hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Perioperative takes corresponding and effective nursing measures are the key to succeed in elderly patients with diabetic cataract received cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.关键词
