妊娠孕妇临产期心理护理干预与分娩方式关系分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the psychological impact of pregnant women in labor nursing intervention and mode of delivery.Method:120 cases of obstetric expectant pregnant women in our hospital were selected from August 2013 to February 2014,and randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group of 64 cases,the control group of 56 cases. All pregnant women were given questionnaires ,pressure ratings,negative emotion score and mode of delivery were compared.Result:The intervention group average pressure scores were(2.1±1.3)points,the control group of(3.6±2.5) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mental health scores and natural birth rate of intervention group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);intervention group women overall labor time was(565.4±12.9)min,the control group of that was(752.2±22.8)min,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnant women psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve maternal perinatal adverse psychological state,reduce maternal psychological stress,improve the natural birth rate and shorten the labor time,so as to achieve the purpose of eugenics.关键词
