早期子宫内膜癌保留生育功能13例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of 13 Cases of Fertility Preservation of Early Endometrial Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect and pregnancy of hysteroscopic operation combined with oral progesterone in the treatment of fertility preservation of early endometrial cancer.Method:Clinical data of 13 cases of early endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2013.All patients were firstly performed hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection operation,postoperative high-dose oral progesterone treatment.Result:All the patients completed treatment.9 patients completely remission at 3 months after,3 patients completely remission at 6 months after operation,1 patient at 1 year after operation. 7 patients were pregnant after the end of treatment,the other 6 cases were not pregnant yet.Conclusion:For patients with early endometrial cancer required fertility preservation,hysteroscopic operation combined with oral progesterone therapy is effective.关键词
