Abstract
Objective To study the clinical applications of superselective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal artery pseudoaneurysm following partial nephrectomy. Methods Clinical data of 3 patients who had renal artery pseudoaneurysm after partial nephrectomy were retrospectively analysed from August 2013 to August 2014. Results 3 patients presented hematouria 8~16 days after partial nephrectomy and conservative treatment had little effect. Pseudoaneurysm were demonstrated by renal angiography and treated by percutaneous superselective renal arterial embolization. The hematouria and the renal artery psedoaneurysm disappeared com-pletely after embolization. The patients were followed up between 4 to 16 months, no recurrence was found. Conclusions Superselective renal artery embolization is effective and safe in the treatment of renal artery pse-doneurysm after partial nephrectomy.关键词
