急性冠脉综合征患者外周血CP、IMA 和hs-CRP 水平的变化及相关性研究
Relationship between the level of plasma ceruloplasmin and IMA or hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma ceruloplasmin and IMA or hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods Totally 20 cases in physical examination (control group), then divided patients with coronary heart disease into 27 subjects with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD) group, 43 subjects with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group. The concentrations of serum CP, ischemia-modified albumim (IMA) and hs-CRP were detected.ResultsThe levels of serum CP and hs-CRP in ACS group were obviously higher than those of SCAD group and control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum CP and hs-CRP in SAP group were significantly higher than those of control group, but it was no significant (P>0.05) .The analysis of linear correlation showed that the level of CP didn't obviously relate with that of IMA or hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).ConclusionThe results suggest that CP and hs-CRP maybe play important roles in the progression of CHD. CP and hs-CRP were early sensitive maker for ACS. The joint measurement of CP and hs-CRP may be the important maker to forecast the dangerous grade of CHD.关键词
