中药方剂联合超声波雾化治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察
Clinical observation of Chinese medicinal formula combined with ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicinal formula combined with ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods 142 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were treated in community health center in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were randomly allocated into two groups. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal formula combined with ultrasonic atomization, and the control group was treated with western medicine combined with ultrasonic atomization. The changes of clinical symptoms, scores of pharyngeal signs, incidences of recurrence and adverse reaction were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment of observation group was 92.96% with 39 recovery cases, 27 effective cases and 5 non-effective cases. The effective rate of treatment of control group was 77.46% with 31 recovery cases, 24 effective cases and 16 non-effective cases. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement time of symptoms including pharyngeal discomfort, pharynx foreign body sensation, pharyngeal swelling and irritable dry cough was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of pharyngeal signs of two groups were both significantly decreased after treatment, but the score of observation group was lower than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Neither of two group had significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Chinese medicinal formula combined with ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis has a significant curative effect, which can significantly improve recovery rate and decrease recurrence rate without significant adverse reactions.关键词
