中西医结合治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To study the Clinical observation of combining Chinese medicine with chemical medicine on MDR-TB.Methods 120 cases of patients with MDR-TB were selected and assigned to receive either Anti-tuberculosis treatment (control group) or anti-tuberculosis treatment plus Baihegujintang (observation group) according to treatment methods,and the therapeutic effect and security of two groups were observed.Results The Cough, sputum, fever in patients of observation group was better than the control group's(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the effective rate (P<0.05). The absorption rate of cavity and lesions were obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05),and no significant adverse drug reactions were noted in the observation group.Conclusion Combining Chinese medicine with chemical medicine has remarkable clinical curative efficacy on MDR-TB, which is worth of clinical recommendation.关键词
