Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with Tangbikang Tang.Methods 196 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from January 2014 to March 2014 period in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 98 cases, the control group treated with methyl amine cobalt, the observation group treated with Tangbikang Tang on the basis of methyl amine cobalt, continuous treatment 12 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy and MNCV, SNCV of two groups before and after treatment were compared.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The median nerve and peroneal nerve MNCV, median nerve, ulnar nerve, peroneal nerve SNCV of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the same group before treatment and the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The median nerve MNCV of the control group after treatment was higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionTangbikang Tang Treated diabetic peripheral neuropathy exact effect, can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, the nerve conduction velocity improved, better than alone mecobalamin be clinical application in.关键词
