摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods120 patients with chronic bronchitis retrospectively were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group divided,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional nursing.The symptoms, signs of the two groups,such as cough,sputum,wheezing and X-ray recovery were comparative analyzed.After treatment,the total effective rates of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,symptoms and signs of two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and signs of two groups were obviously improved,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group 96.67% was significantly higher than the control group in the total efficiency of 73.33%,with statistical significance (x2=4.213,P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis,improve the clinical treatment effect.Nursing intervention helps to provide the quality of life of patient.It is positive to promote use.关键词
