术前同步放化疗与单纯手术治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy plus half-dose radiotherapy followed by surgery versus surgery alone for locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 120 patients with ocal advanced esophageal cancer from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 were entered into this study and were divided into two groups. 60 patients treated with preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy plus half-dose radiotherapy, the surgery followed chemotherapy after 2-4 weeks; 60 patients received surgery alone. The rate of complete resection, the perioperative mortality and the frequency of complication were compared and analysised between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the perioperative mortality between two groups. The complete-resection-rates of experimental group were much higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the frequency of complication in experimental group were much better(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy plus half-dose radiotherapy followed by surgery is able to significantly reduce the frequency of complication, and achieve substaintially complete-resection-rate during operation.关键词
