Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of serum C peptide andglycosylated hemoglobin combined test for the diagnosis of diabetes, and provide scientific basis for the application of the detection technique. Methods the clinical data of 56 cases of patients with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed, 28 healthy subjects served as control group. All of the patients withvenous blood fasting venous blood, eating 2h, fasting and meal under the condition of 2H serum C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin.Resultsin the observation group, serum fasting C peptide, 2h after meals in serum C peptidewas higher than that in control group, there were statistically significantdifference between groups (P<0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin and fastingserum C peptide and 2H positive serum C peptide correlation between meals. In the test group fasting serum C peptide, 2h after meals in serum C peptidewas lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting serum C peptide and dining2H serum C peptide was negatively correlation.Conclusionserum C peptide and glycated haemoglobin wear combined detection of white, can play an important role in the diagnosis of the disease in patients with diabetes mellituslevel, suitable for clinical application.关键词
