Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of application value and skills of ultrasonic scalpel in tonsillectomy through observation of the effect of ultrasonic scalpel tonsillectomy.Methods80 cases of chronic tonsillitis benign enlargement or chronic tonsillitis patients admitted to hospital treatment from January 2013 to January 2015, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with. According to the different surgical methods for ultrasound knife group (n=40) and control group (n=40), ultrasound knife group were treated by ultrasound knife tonsillectomy, the control group were treated by traditional tonsillectomy by dissection, using a visual analog scale (VAS) to assess the degree of pain, compared two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hemorrhage incidence rate, postoperative sore throat time and postoperative infection rate, recovery diet, 10 days after operation; the degree of pain of two groups were all compared.ResultsAfter ultrasound knife group of patient safter the operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative bleeding, the incidence of postoperative sorethroatand time, recovery time of diet were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the two groups of patients with postoperative wound surface in fection, there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The pain levels in 7d after operation of harmonicscalpel group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of Ultrasound knife group was5.00%,the control group was 17.5%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(x2=4.029, P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic knife tonsillectomy operation accurate, shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative recovery, reduce pain, it is worth clinical promotion, is the preferred method of tonsillectomy.关键词
