Abstract
The work of Party Building is one of the content of the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues". The development of scientific research institutes in the daily work should not only pay attention to scientific research and education. Good attention should establish to Party building work system. Performance appraisal and management with auxiliary, promote the work of Party building of scientific research institutes. With the performance appraisal management system to promote, the work of Party Building Research Institute has been optimized gradually change. This study analyzed the main content of performance management of this unit, on the basis of the analysis in the work of Party building, and puts forward related suggestions.关键词
