摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of combined detection of the plasma cardiac troponin (cTnI), serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and myocardial enzyme spectrum in diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods 35 cases patients who diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were as the observation group, and 35 patients with other diseases whose coronary angiography revealed normal as control group. The levels of cTnI, BNP, CK-MB, CK, AST, LDH were detected by the real-time inspection (POCT) method, compared and analyzed the difference between two groups and the relationship with ACS.Results The levels of cTnI, BNP, CK-MB, CK, AST, LDH the patients in the observation group admission were significantly higher than those in the control group patients (P<0.05).The cTnI, BNP concentration of patients in the observation group after treatment for 10d were significantly higher than that of the control group patients (P<0.05),but the CK-MB, CK, AST, LDH concentration of two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).After 10d treatment, cTnI and BNP concentration in observation group were significantly lower than that detection at admission (P<0.05).ConclusionThe combined detection of cTnI, BNP and myocardial enzyme spectrum by POCT method before and after the treatment are helpful to early diagnosis of ACS, and to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.关键词
