摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of joint mobilization combined withacupuncture in treatment of periarthritis,and to explore the influence on the function of shoulder.Methods From 2010 January to January 2013 in our hospital,selected 80 cases periarthritis of shoulder as the research object.According to the order of admission in all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group,two groups of patient were treated with joint mobilization.At the same time,the observation group combined with acupuncture treatment,acupuncture point Selected:the main point of shoulder line,jianliao,Jianzhen,Ashi acupoints Hegu,mouth,Waiguan,quchi.Each selected 3-4 points,with lifting thrusting twirling reinforcing reducing manipulation of acupuncture to comprehensive,gas for degrees,the needle for 30 minutes,once a day;after treatment efficacy and VAS score,shoulder activity degree were compared between two groups.Results The efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment,the excellent rate of the observation group was 92.5%,the excellent and good rate of the control group was 75%,the difference was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,VAS score of the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 courses of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and after 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 weeks treatment,VAS score of the control group had no obvious changes,but the VAS scores of control group after 2 courses of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The flexion,abduction,flexion,pronatio n external rotationactivity of observation group was compared with the control group before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The flexion,abduction,flexion,pronation external rotation,activity of observation group after treatment significantly increased than before treatment,the activity of shoulder joint of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of joint mobilization combined with acupuncture in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder is effective,can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the function of shoulder joint of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
