焠法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床研究
Clinical research on quenching method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis due to cold stagnation
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo prove that quenching method is effective and has advantage in the treatment of this disease by observing the clinical effect of quenching method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (PD) of blood stasis due to cold stagnation with the standards of duration of pain and pain degree, so as to better guiding clinical promotion and application.Methods80 patients who were corresponding to diagnosis standards of PD of blood stasis due to cold stagnation were randomly divided to quenching method group and acupuncture group with 40 patients in each. In quenching method group, Zhongji(CV3), Guanyuan (CV4), Qihai(CV6), Uterus, Shiqizhui(EX-B8), Ciliao(Bl32) and Sanyinjiao(SP6) were treated with burning rush moxibustion. The same acupuncture points of acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture. One course of treatment began from three days before menstruation to two days after menstruation, every other day, and altogether two courses. The clinical effect of two groups was evaluated. Meanwhile the cox menstrual symptom scale and visual analogue scale of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. ResultsThe total effective rate of quenching method group was 97.5%, and that of acupuncture group was 72.5%, which showed that quenching method group was better than acupuncture group (P<0.05). Scores of VAS and COX of two groups after treatment were both better than those before treatment (P<0.01), which meant that both of methods were effective in treating this disease. Scores of VAS and COX of quenching method group after treatment were both better than those of acupuncture group(P<0.05 orP<0.01), which meant the clinical effect of quenching method group was better than that of acupuncture group.Conclusion Quenching method group and acupuncture group can both improve symptom of pain of patients with PD, and the clinical effect of quenching method group was better than that of acupuncture group. Quenching method group can significantly decrease the scores of VAS and COX of patients with PD, and is better than acupuncture group.关键词
