Abstract
Objective To explore effects of compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose in bowel preparation before colonoscopy of constipation patients.Methods 90 constipation patients who were received colonoscopy in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly allocated to the control group and the study group, with 45 in each. The control group was received compound polyethylene glycol while the study group was received compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose. Completion of bowel preparation of the two groups was compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of intestinal cleaning and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the study group were 93.33% and 8.89% respectively. The total effective rate of intestinal cleaning and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group were 75.56% and 26.67% respectively. The study group has more clinical advantages and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose in bowel preparation before colonoscopy of constipation patients has significant effects and less complications which is worthy of promotion.关键词
