综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的效果观察
Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children allergic purpura
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for pediatric allergic purpura. Methods From January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 64 cases of allergic purpura,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two groups,32 cases in each group of children.Based on symptomatic treatment,children with the control group with general hospital care,experimental group children adopting comprehensive nursing.Records in the two groups of clinical symptoms and cure time,and do the telephone follow-up in one year after discharge,investigation and relapse. Results The experimental group of children in the three period cure significantly greater than the number of children with the control group,the clinical symptoms is also superior to control group,and control group in hospital a year 28.12% of the total recurrence rate was 28.12% higher than that of the experimental group obviously children.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical treatment of pediatric allergic purpura have positive significance,and can effectively reduce relapse, worthy of clinical application.关键词
