综合护理干预在牵引复位器治疗四肢骨折中的应用效果评价
Evaluation on application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fractures in extremities by retraction repositor
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fractures in extremities by retraction repositor.Methods 63 patients with fractures in extremities who were admitted to the department of orthopedics of our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 and treated with retraction repositor were randomly divided into observation group and control group.31 patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing,and 32 patients in observation group were further treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Anxiety,depression,pain level after 5 days' nursing,occurrence of complications and satisfaction degree when discharged of two groups were compared.ResultsScores of anxiety,depression and pain of observation group were all lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 70.79% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The occurrence rate of complications was 0,which was significantly lower than 16.13% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fractures in extremities by retraction repositor can alleviate patients' negative emotions,prevent the occurrence of complications to improve patients satisfaction degree,which has significant application effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
