Abstract
Objective To explore the value of individualized nursing intervention in patients with perioperative period in Department of hepatobiliary Surgery. Methods 75 patients were collected and randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases), who were in perioperative period in department of hepatobiliary surgery from 2013 October to 2014 December. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention. The SDS score, SAS score, heart rate, and blood pressure changes of two groups were compared between before the intervention and after the intervention. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were all observed.Results After intervention, the SDS scores, SAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group, There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.11%, which significantly higher than the control group 78.38%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 7.89%, significantly lower than that of the control group 18.92%, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety, depression and blood pressure, and keep the heart rate stable, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients with perioperative period in department of hepatobiliary surgery.关键词
