摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention for brain injury patients with postoperation depression and anxiety.Methods Selected 120 cases with brain injury treated by operation were divided into intervention group and control group.Control group received normal nursing,and intervention group received psychological nursing intervention based on normal nursing.Depression, anxiety and frighten of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter nursing,SAS,SDS of frighten degreeof two groups decreased apparently compared with those before nursing(P<0.01).Depression,anxiety and frighten degree when leaved hospital of two groups showed significant difference,which of intervention group were lower than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for brain injury patients can reduce depression,anxiety,and frighten.关键词
