超声引导下空心针活检诊断乳腺肿块临床应用意义
Clinical significance of diagnosis of breast masses with ultrasound guided core needle biopsy

Abstract
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of the ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in patients with breast masses.Methods 120 patients who came to our hospital for examination of breast masses from January 2014 to March 2015,were selected as research subjects,who were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group underwent an ultrasound guided core needle biopsy (CNB),while those in the control group were given a fine needle aspiration cytodiagnosis (FNAC),and the diagnosis results of patients in two groups were compared with clinical pathological diagnosis.Results The diagnosis rate of patients with breast cancer in the observation group was 93.4%,which was significantly improved compared with that of the patients in the control group which was 73.3%;The diagnostic specificity of benign breast lumps for the patients in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group which was 80%;The incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was 13.3%,while that of patients in the control group reached 48.3%,the differences in diagnosis of breast cancer,benign breast tumor and incidence of complications between two groups were significant(P<0.05). ConclusionUnder the guidance of ultrasound core needle biopsy on patients with breast masses easily operates with minor trauma to patients,which is safe and convenient,with accurate judgment on pathological nature of patients,and can provide a good support and guidance for the operation.关键词
