自拟益气解毒化瘀汤治疗难治性丙型肝炎临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-madeYiqi Jiedu Huayu Decoction for treatment of refractory hepatitis C.Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) group and Western medicine (WM) group, 30 cases in each group. The CHM group was treated by self-madeYiqi Jiedu HuayuDecoction, while the WM group was treated by peginterferon and ribavirin. The course for the two groups lasted for 12 months. TCM syndrome scores, level of ALT and AST, HCV RNA load were observed, and clinical efficacy were analyzed comparatively.Results The total effect rate of CHM group was 80.00% (24/30), with statistical difference compared with the WM group (P<0.05). TCM syndrome scores, level of ALT and HCV RNA load of CHM group were improved better than those of the WM group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Self-madeYiqi Jiedu Huayu Decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms and signs, and has positive antiviral effect, which can help to improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
