Abstract
By survey on environmental protection technical supervision and practice of environmental protec-tion supervision during capital construction, the paper explores and investigates environmental protection su-pervision method during capital construction and establishes normal working mechanism for technical supervi-sion to fully exert the roles of precaution of technical supervision and realize the environmental protection goals of electric power transformation and transfer project, known as friendly environment, public satisfaction, legal procedure and standard-meeting monitoring are realized.关键词
