Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of ultrasound knife in the type II radical surgery combined with small curve subtotal excision of early gastric cancer. Methods Forty patients with early gastric cancer who had been hospitalized in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group. Intraoperative bleeding amount, surgical time, secondary bleeding situation, postoperative 3-day total drainage volume, number of cleared lymph nodes and postoperative exhaust time were observed. Results The aver-age intraoperative bleeding amount, surgical time, postoperative 3-day average total drainage volume and average num-ber of cleared lymph nodes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with sig-nificant differences(P<0.05). The two groups were significantly different in the secondary bleeding situation(P<0.05) and the postoperative exhaust situation(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ultrasound knife in the Type II radical surgery combined with small curve subtotal excision of early gastric cancer has positive clinical significance and is worthy of promotion.关键词
