摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the impact of different position combined spinal and epidural aneshesia in cesarean section supine syndrome.Method:120 patients with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia(ASA levelⅠ-Ⅱ) were randomly devided into two groups(A and B) to study,60 cases in each group. Group A take the left lateral position,and group B take the right lateral position.The effects of two groups patients suffered supine syndrome after cesarean anesthesia were observed and analyzed.Result:The constituent ratio of low blood pressure and heart rate in group Awere obviously better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05);blood pressure after anesthesia in group A was (99.8±12.9)mm Hg,and those in group B was (100.2±22.5)mm Hg,the differences compared between the two groups,there were no statistically significant(P>0.05);heart rate after anesthesia in group A was (90.4±11.5)bpm and those in group B was (119.3±20.4)bpm,the differences compared between the two group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left lateral position combined spinal epidural anesthesia with cesarean section surgery has many advantages,such as quick effect,block to perfect,medication less, good muscle relaxation,and so on.It reduce not only the Incidence rate of supine syndrome,but also guarantee the stability of the patients with intraoperative hemodynamic,so it is worth to use in clinical application for a long time.关键词
