Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of 7S management method in the hospital management of disposable consumables.Method:The regulation supplies ratio,average hospitalization expenses of patients,patient satisfaction index usage for disposable consumables before and after the application of 7S management method from February 2014 to February 2015 in digestion Department of internal medicine were comparative analyzed.Result:Before and after using 7S management method supplies accounted for 12.5%,4.3%,the average hospitalization cost in respectively (5647.2±114.3)yuan,(3425.7±78.3) yuan,the satisfaction of patients were 77.0%,94.3%,the consumables,hospitalization expenses,proportion of patients satisfaction before and after using 7S management method had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using the 7S management method of hospital disposable consumables supervision can significantly reduce the hospitalization expense ratio and supplies accounted for patients,improve patient satisfaction,application effect is significant,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
