从司法人民性谈司法公信力之提升--以人民陪审员制度为视角OACHSSCD
Enhancing Judicial Credibility Based on the People Character of Judicature:From the Perspective of the System of People’ s Assessors
人民陪审员制度是人民群众参与司法的一种法定方式与重要渠道。当前该制度存在人民性难以充分体现、参审范围不足、制度异化等问题，应按照《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》的要求，从优化随机抽选方式、保障公民陪审权利、扩大参审范围等方面完善人民陪审员制度。
The system of people’ s assessors is a legal and important way for the masses to participate in judicature. The cur-rent system has shown such problems as insufficient people character, limited scope of participation in trial and alienation of sys-tems.
