摘要
Abstract
The system of people’ s assessors is a legal and important way for the masses to participate in judicature. The cur-rent system has shown such problems as insufficient people character, limited scope of participation in trial and alienation of sys-tems. Therefore, the system should be perfected by optimizing the way of random choice, guaranteeing the rights of people’ s as-sessors and broaden the scope of participation in trial according to “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Per-taining to Comprehensively Promoting the Rule of Law”.关键词
