Abstract
Growing rapidly, small and micro businesses have become important impetus to China’ s social and economic devel-opment. However, they are facing problems like difficult, expensive and risky equity trading, which have limited the development of those businesses. Whether the problem of equity trading can be properly solved is the key to the sound and sustainable develop-ment of small and micro businesses. Governments, financial institutions and enterprises must take measures to overcome the diffi-culty, reduce the cost and minimize the risk.关键词
